1. We found out on Monday that our grandbaby is going to be a little girl: Zoe Sahar Lathem. The baby and the mother (and the father) are well and we are VERY blessed.
2. Our son and dil babysat one of their nieces this week and we had the opportunity to get to see her a few times. She is almost four years old and is a doll! We enjoyed her very much. Our dil says she looks a lot like she did at that age.
3. I am looking forward to having lunch with "Yellowrose" on Tuesday. We were supposed to do it last week but we had to change it. There will be pictures and a report to follow!!! If it weren't for blogging, we would have never met nor would I have met Daisy (Lazy Daisy). What a loss that would have been.
4. Hubby and I have been watching "Planet Earth" on the Discovery Channel. Seeing the beauty and majesty of our planet and the intricacies of animal behavior proves, to me, the existence of God. How anyone can say this all 'just happened' is beyond me.
5. I am truly thankful for my Physical Therapist. I know I recently posted about the pain involved in the therapy but it IS necessary and the results will be well worth the pain. Stacy is very patient with me and is good at her job and I am thankful for ALL she does.
6. Hubby's birthday is coming up. I am thankful that I have spent the last 34 of his birthdays with him. That's pretty special.
7. My reader count has dropped. I went from being a Large Mammal to being an Insignificant Microbe in the TTLB ecosystem. There was a time that would have REALLY bothered me but I realize I am not blogging for numbers but because it has allowed me to meet such wonderful people and has given me a venue to share my thoughts. That is ALL that matters.
