Special Name Plates!

Since Grams made such a lovely nameplate for me, it is now my pleasure to choose eight blogs (plus one bonus choice!!) I enjoy and I have created nameplates for them. I hope my choices like my little gift!!!

Melli of "Insanity Prevails" makes me laugh EVERY day! She has a delicious sense of humor and is quirky. That's why I like her. She is excited about her faith and she loves to talk about it. If you need cheering up.....this is the place to go!

The Median Sib is a wonderful blog. The author is a reading specialist and the middle child of seven children, she also happens to be my first cousin!! Carol writes about family, teaching, current events and her daily life. She is a gifted writer and has great insights into human behavior. Her blog is always worth the read!

Susie Pie is a gem! She is a fellow Georgian and is exTREMEly talented. She designs blogs (like mine!), writes about her daily life, books, family, current events. She is very bright and has given me much fodder for my brain. Check her out.

What can I say about my friend Yellowrose. She is one of the first bloggers I 'met' on my blog and then I had the delight of meeting her in person. We became fast friends and have met for lunch several times since she lives close by. Sadly, she and her family are moving back to Texas in just a few days and I am going to miss her TERRIBLY! I am so thankful to have her as a friend and to know I can keep up with her through her blog.

Beth, of Blue Star Chronicles, is brilliant! Her blog is devoted to patriotism. She talks about our troops (which include her precious son), politics, the main stream media and exposes many of their inaccuracies. She also happens to be my first cousin. I'm telling you, brilliance runs in my family!!!!
Well, I am continuing in a family mode. Daddy's Roses is a blog by my cousin Joan. She is also the wife of a Methodist minister. She is a teacher by profession as well as a wife and a wonderful mother to two grown children and grandmother to six. She writes about many things of interest to her such as words, books, family, faith and current events. Joan is very wise and has always been an inspiration to me.

My wonderful friend, Lazy Daisy, is a GREAT gal. I have had the pleasure of meeting her in person and found her to be just as delightful in person as she is on her blog. She and I are sure we are from the same clan and tribe because we are a lot alike. She and her husband are missionaries to missionaries. They fill containers with much needed supplies and ship them to missionaries that need them. That, of course, is very special to me. She is a good friend and I am very thankful for her.
Kelly of Diary of the Nello is a very special blogger. She has a very handsome husband and two absolutely aDORable children. She is multi-talented and her blog is awesome. She is handling some health problems at the moment and is doing so with great strength. Sometimes she uses her blog to rant a little about the pain she experiences which I think is very healthy. I admire her very much and her blog is a bright spot in my day.
This is a bonus pick....Learning for Lifetime. Susan is a teacher, author and speaker. She is also married to a Methodist minister. She and I had the opportunity to meet recently and she was delightful. She is mother to four boys and very proud of them all. She shares books she is reading, life with her family, her feelings....good and bad. She is very open and has encouraged me many times with her words.

All of these blogs (and many others) have given me much pleasure and I am thankful for them all. I am sure if you visit them you will feel the same way.
